My Journey

I have always had a curious nature. I was lucky to find Yoga at a young age. I made my first trip to India when I was 22 years old. 

I have been blessed with many amazing teachers along the Way. 

My practice and teachings today are deeply inspired by the work of Vanda Scaravelli and guidance of Diane Long and stem from a deep respect for the teachings of Vipassina as taught by S.N Goenka.

I was certified in the Sivanada Yoga Vedanta Center in Trivandrum over 20 years ago, but what I teach is ever evolving and my hope is what I share may be of benefit to others..
